One Week Until I Leave

This is actually the longest trip I've taken and the most legs of a journey so although I have always been confident in my abilities to organize but also make adjustments or last minute changes, I have been checking my to do list several times.  Making all my travel and accommodation arrangements, organizing teaching materials, getting house and bill payment arrangements sorted and getting myself prepared before I go have been taking up all my time the past couple of weeks.  One more week though and I'll be on a plane to Helsinki so if I've forgotten something, c'est le vie!

Two and a half weeks!

So, I have spent the last two months organizing and getting ready for this trip.  I think one of the most exciting, and frustrating things, is organizing a trip!  I think I have all flights and accommodations booked now and logged on tripit.  I have my clothing strewn over my spare bedroom, along with various pieces of technology...This trip involves teaching (certain wardrobe) and relaxing (totally different wardrobe) so the challenge is to get it all into a carry-on under 22 kg...yes, I can!
