Authors Note: One of my great adventures was taken in 2010 with my good friend Don Drury. This was my first attempt to keep a real travel blog and it was created on a Google Site. Don was also an avid traveller and a terrific blogger in his own right. Sadly, he passed away suddenly last year. I am now trying to migrate the blog we kept over to this site.

Making plans for my upcoming trip to Greece. Started this blog to keep a record of my trip and keep our family and friends up to date on our travels.
I decided to tag along on this trip that Don had been planning for quite a while it seems. He was putting the invite out since last Thanksgiving to get some travel companions. A few people seemed interested but I am the only one that took the plunge and have decided to go.
We have done most of our booking...flight, cruise, hotels...now I am starting this blog so we have a place to post pictures and messages!
